Carmoji.ca is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Office Administration professional to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and Office Administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist with general office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Office Administration roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
