Required:
· Minimum three years of accounting experience preferred
· Experience answering and directing phone calls
· Experience managing incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
· Experienced in working with American currency and American vendors
· Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
· Experience with accounting software, Spire an asset
· Experience in manufacturing environment an asset
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong English communication skills (written, read and oral), appropriate interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities:
· All Accounts Payable functions
· Agree supplier packing slips to invoices and purchase orders; follow up on differences in items billed, costs, quantities or other items, as required
· Prepare EFT, Wire, ACH, and cheques for payment when due
· Input approved supplier invoices into accounting software
· Cost invoices to projects/inventory appropriately
· Review and analyze accounts payable balaces
· Reconcile supplier statements to account
· Follow up on vendor issues
· MasterCard expense maintenance
· Answer phones and liaise with visitors
· Receive, open and distribute mail
· Prepare and send out courier shipments
· Prepare WSIB & EHT remittances
· Provide support to field staff, including assistance in the preparation of travel documentation
· Any other duties and/or assignments as may be reasonably required.

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
