Accounts Payable/Receivable Accounting/Admin Assistant

Disbrowe Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Ltd. in St. Thomas, Ontario is looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable accounting administrative assistant to add to their team of experienced accounting professionals. Disbrowe is a well established family owned full-line modern GM dealership in a growing and desirable community.

The successful candidate would have previous administrative and accounting experience, be organized with attention to detail with a willingness and flexibility to learn and take on new tasks. The ideal candidate would be a team player with interpersonal skills able to work well with others and individually. Timeliness with attention to deadlines, reliability and confidentiality are all qualities that are critical for this role.

Reporting directly to the Controller, this person would be responsible for the daily deposit, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other related accounting tasks to include daily posting, accounts reconciliation, sales administration, mail and dealership filing.

Required hours would be Monday-Friday 8-5 for a total of approximately 40 hours per week and hours may fluctuate based on business need.
