Billing/AR Assistant

Looking for an organized, self starter with ability to problem solve. Ideal candidate will possess excellent arithmetic skills, a solid basic understanding of excel, and attention to detail. Above all else we are looking for that person who is keen to learn and embrace new challenges as our company continues to grow.

Duties to Include:

• Verifying carrier invoices
• Handling any discrepancies/disputes with invoices

• Check Carrier Statements

• Post EFT customer Payments daily

• Create weekly A/R report
• Contact overdue customers via email from A\R report
• Receive customer replies, send invoice copies, and record on AR report

Skills Required:

• Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
• Must have working knowledge with either Quick Books, SAGE, or other accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $40,000.00 per year
