As part of the dealership’s Administrator your responsibilities may include:
· Process invoices for customers and other vendors.
· Process paperwork in a timely manner.
· Greet customers, on the phone and in person, and handle their requests and questions promptly.
· Provide Administrative support to other members of the dealership.
· Process payments and reconcile daily cash reports.
· Additional Administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time management abilities.
· Strong concentration skills for data-input and maintaining accuracy of information.
· Experience is an asset.

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
