Job description

Little Chevrolet is currently looking for an Administrator to join our team. We offer competitive wages and performance based bonus plans, as well as group insurance benefits, vehicle discount plans and opportunities for professional development.

As part of the dealership’s Administrator your responsibilities may include:

· Process invoices for customers and other vendors.

· Process paperwork in a timely manner.

· Greet customers, on the phone and in person, and handle their requests and questions promptly.

· Provide Administrative support to other members of the dealership.

· Process payments and reconcile daily cash reports.

· Additional Administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time management abilities.

· Strong concentration skills for data-input and maintaining accuracy of information.

· Experience is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
