Art Walk Program Coordinator will be responsible for the organisation of Leduc Art Walk 2024, delegating tasks to volunteers and overseeing the running of the event.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all details are handled smoothly
- Application of permits
- Coordination with artists/registrants
- Processing registrations
- Creating information packages for disbursement
- Volunteer coordination, orientation, and delegation
- Coordination of rentals
- Safety, traffic and event signage
- Building relationship with stakeholders and business owners
- Marking vendor plots
- Post-event surveys
- Team management
- Event alignment with grant application
- Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget
- Oversee event setup, including rentals, seating, and vendor set-up
- Other tasks as needed

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
