Duncan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has a new opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team!
Service Advisor’s are at the frontline of the Duncan Dodge service department. Service advisors are the liaison between customer and service technician. Assisting customers in determining any problem areas with their vehicles while providing accurate repair descriptions to technicians. In addition, you are responsible for greeting clients, listening to customer requests, scheduling service appointments, and estimating repair costs.
· Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and alternatives to expensive repairs.
· Using your knowledge of our products and service to sell or provide in depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
· Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop off and vehicle pick-up.
· Providing customer with information and advice on warranty protection plans, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their vehicle.
· Calling customers to advise them about service changes or vehicle pick up times.
· Maintaining a positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business.
· Ensuring all details on service rendered and cost are related to customers and processing their payments.
· Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
· Goes through the POM inspection with the clients 100% of the time.
· Walking out customers to their vehicle ensuring to grab service tag out of vehicle and making sure vehicle has been washed and vacuumed.
