Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation, collections, record accounts payable with accurate G/L, issue payments
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize accounting software to manage financial data.
- Support budgeting activities by gathering data and preparing reports.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in accounts receivable tasks and account analysis.
- Experience with bank reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ability to assist with budgeting activities and prepare financial reports.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $24.50-$31.00 per hour
