```Duties```
- Perform general administrative, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update electronic filing systems
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents
- Assist with financial tasks such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations using software such as QBO and Hubdoc
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
```Experience```
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QBO and Hubdoc
- Experience with Click Up and asset
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
