We are looking for a full time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 4:30. We are looking for someone that wants to be a part of a dynamic and friendly team. We are an established clinic with low staff turnover. .

We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational and problem-solving skills. . We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The receptionist which includes greeting patients, answering phones and collecting payments from patients/ billing insurance benefits. Experience with Jane App (preferred but not necessary).
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Submitting payments through third-party providers
- Communication with ICBC and WSBC regarding patient claims
- Maintaining clinic standards of cleanliness and organization
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From $20.00 per hour
