Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records using computerized systems
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area
Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computerized systems for check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Basic clerical skills such as typing, filing, and proofreading
- Familiarity with software such as QuickBooks, Google Suite, or similar programs is a plus

Salary: $16.75-$24.05 per hour
