Responsibilities Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine and Eight Branches Professional Clinic are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This job is fully in-person and will ensure the smooth operation of our clinic process. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided.

Responsbilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Able to run the student clinic and update when supplies are running low.
• Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate parties
• Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate parties' queries as needed.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Take payment through our payment systems (clover & Square).
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
• Assist with special projects and events as requested by management.

Requirements:

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience working as a receptionist (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast paced environments.

Hours - You must be able to attend the following shifts:

Monday: 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Sunday: 9:30am - 5:30pm

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Salary: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
