Job description

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist

An ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, organized and very customer service oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet Members and Guests as they enter and leave The Club
  • Book tennis courts and monitor use
  • Bill lessons, guest fees, Pro Shop and all other charges
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to proper extensions
  • Be aware of all activities and programs in The Club
  • Ensure all rules and policies are followed
  • Maintain cleanliness of Control Desk and surrounding area
  • Ensure that all updates and memos are checked each day and properly communicated as needed
  • Perform other administrative tasks requested by department supervisor on occasion
  • Adhere to department dress code at all times

Qualifications:

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including a great phone manner

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Proficiency with administrative software including MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook

-Organized, attention to detail, reliable, team-player, positive attitude

-Previous experience is an asset

-Experience with Jonas Club Management software is an asset
