Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. If you have strong communication skills and attention to detail we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Experience:
- Experience in a dental office or medical receptionist role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment

This position is only a part-time (Saturdays) with potential for full time transition.
