The Movement Lab is a multi-disciplinary clinic located in the heart of Mississauga nestled around the corner from Square One Shopping Mall.
Our quickly growing team is looking for someone to fill the position of Full Time Receptionist. Someone who is unreasonably hospitable, independent, personable, and self sufficient . This person will be working alongside Athletic Therapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Strength and Conditioning Performance Coaches in an energetic, family oriented, open minded environment. Our facility is a very different and diversified community, focusing on elevating the human experience with authentic, genuine love. Through our unique approach to philosophy and practice, we are able to provide our community with exceptional care, support, guidance and education surrounding specific areas like; preventative care and lifelong wellness, sports injuries and rehabilitation, chronic/acute pain and pre-post surgical care, to name a few. We are searching for a master of first impressions that will help us with our goal and vision to elevate the way we offer alternative medical care to humanity.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Serves clients/guests with a greeting, warm welcome , and directing them appropriately.
- Maintaining a safe and clean facility by complying with procedures and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Orchestrating the daily flow and function of the facility
- Operates telecommunications systems (phone, texts, emails)
- Management of appointment calendar (Noterro) and POS (Square)
- Informs clients/guests by answering or referring inquiries.
- Ensures inventory levels of facility essentials and therapy linens are well stocked and continually maintained.
