Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome members and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar for inquries
- Check members in and out, collect payments, and update member records
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Handle incoming emails, and tours
- Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of a fitness environment
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informatio
