We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Must have valid G2 license and own car ( candidates without having this please don’t apply )
- Assist with data entry and maintaining records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Having food industry knowledge especially on pizza domains will add advantage
- Familiarity with Front Desk operations and clerical duties
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
