We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a well-established clinic in North York, Bathurst and Sheppard area location. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, reliable and self-motivated Front Desk Receptionist to work at a private practice Hearing Aid Clinic.The ideal candidate should have strong Front Desk and telephone skills, excellent customer service, and ability to work independently.
As part of our organization, you will be responsible for greeting clients in a friendly professional manner, scheduling appointments, answering calls/emails processing payments, and maintaining a clean organized workspace.required to answer phone calls and e-mail inquiries. You will be maintaining patient relationships by scheduling the initial consultation to continued follow up care.
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience is an asset
