As a Prep Cook, you play a vital role in bringing our mission to life by preparing our unique Ice Cream flavors. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that every batch meets our high-quality standards. Responsibilities, Expectations, and Authorities

• Display positivity, passion and enthusiasm for Kind Ice Cream
• Set an example by upholding our standards of professionalism, kindness, and respect
• Accurately measure, portion, and organize ingredients, ensuring the mise en place and Ice Cream are prepared according to our precise standards
• Gain familiarity and demonstrate skillful use of kitchen equipment including sous vide, vacuum sealers, robot coupes, batch freezers, and pinting machines
• Work closely with shift leads and management to communicate effectively, ensuring smooth operation and fostering a supportive team environment
• Contribute to the development of new Ice Cream flavors, always aiming for innovation while maintaining adherence to Kind Ice Cream’s quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace, adhering to daily and weekly cleaning schedules and Alberta Food Safety guidelines
