We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team and provide technical assistance and support to our staff and guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in IT support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
- Assist with network troubleshooting and maintenance
- Document and track support requests using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Provide training and assistance to users as needed
Requirements:
- College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about providing and elevated level of service and supporting the overall success of each Pearle Hospitality property. They are collaborative and an ability to communicate effectively with Managers, Leaders, Team Members, and Vendors.
