Trited is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Responsibilities:
- Provide on-going IT support to internal end users across the board
- Administration of internal application platforms and applications as needed
- Conduct regular audits to ensure systems comply with policy, security, and privacy
- Manage technical components of onboarding and offboarding users which includes but is not limited to: provisioning, activating/deactivating applications such as Email, Asana, Slack and other Software
- Check and enhance Harwares including Servers, Compuers and Printers
Qualifications & Skills:
- Customer service and/or help desk experience
- Experience providing IT support
- Desktop, mac, Technical support, Server, Active directory, Hardware, imaging, Support, Customer service, Troubleshooting
- Ability to write clear technical documentation
- Knowledgeable of computer networking,
- Adding and removing users
- Knowledgeable of common internet services like DHCP, DNS, Email (SMTP, POP3/IMAP), HTTP
- 3-5 years of IT Support experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
