Junior Accountant

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records and performing basic accounting tasks

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
• Contribute to financial analysis and reporting
• Basic accounting duties and bookkeeping preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for efficient financial record management
• Generate invoices accurately and timely

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/diploma degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
