SalaryWe are looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish), motivated, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills Junior Accountant. Please note SPANISH is a must.
Duties and tasks include the following:
- Personal and Business Income Tax Preparation
- HST and WSIB reports and registrations
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain files and filing system
- Bookkeeping duties
- Monitor incoming and outgoing email
- Client invoicing and electronic payment processing
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Canadian accounting firm
- English and Spanish is a MUST
- Proficiency with Quickbooks, Profile, Word, Excel, and Outlook is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish are essential
- Experience with WSIB, HST and Payroll reports
- Positive Attitude
- Punctuality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $52,624-$57,200 per year
