Our company is seeking an individual for the position of Line Cook/prep Cook. Candidates must possess the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, work quickly, and work well with others in a team setting. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all areas of cooking and have experience in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
- Follow the operations manual to prepare and package prepared foods.
- Prepare raw food items by using recipe card and performing basic math functions.
- Prepare food in a timely manner.
- Be on time for work.
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers.
- Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
