Medical Office Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and hard-working individual to join our team as a Medical Office Assistant.

The successful candidate has excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients at the front desk.
• Scheduling appointments and procedures
• Organizing files & stocking exam rooms.
• Medical transcription
• Managing payments and third party billings.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Medical administrative experience.
• Education in a Medical Office Assistant program or other similar field
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records
• Excellent computer skills.
• Experience which demonstrates an outstanding work ethic.

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
