SalaryIsland Foot Clinics in White Rock (Surrey) located in the Windsor Square Shopping Centre is looking for 2 experienced, friendly and reliable assistants for our busy practice. Interested applicants must have the ability to work as a team and independently in a very fast paced environment. Candidates applying for this position should be very organized and will be responsible for a variety of duties.
- Greet and interacting with patients in person
- Collecting personal information from patients and entering it in the EMR (Accuro) system
- Assist patients with insurance paperwork as needed
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits and clean and sterilize instruments
- Ability to handle patient concerns and challenges with compassion and resilience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience is an office environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiar with Accuro software is a plus.
- Ability to take direction, handle sensitive patient information and challenges
- Hold a drivers license and vehicle, some travel is required for this position
- Have a good understanding of computer software and ability to type with accuracy
