SalaryWe are looking to hire a Medical Office administrator in a specialty clinic in Newmarket. Comfort with technology is important, as we will be utilizing virtual care platforms in addition to traditional in-person care.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including communicating with patients and physicians, scheduling, faxing, scanning documents and patient registration
- Perform routine clinical tasks to assist physicians
Requirements:
- Comfort working efficiently in a high paced clinic
- Applicant needs to be comfortable working with computers in this paperless office
- Attention to detail
- Prior work experience with Accuro EMR is a requirement.
- Prior work experience in a Medical Office is a requirement
- OHIP billing experience an asset
Education:
- Medical Office Administration Diploma or related field (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year
- Experience working with Accuro is a requirement

- February 2024
