SalaryLooking for a new member to join our primary care health team! We are looking for a Medical Office assistant to be a leader in our clinic, ideally with experience in family medicine clinics and comfort with our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system (Accuro QHR). Additional experience and training in administration of injections is a plus.
We are a modern established family medicine clinic housed in a fully renovated century home in Central London. We have 6 family physicians who are to be supported by the successful candidate, and also house a small pharmacy, massage/athletic therapy, and GP psychotherapy. We are looking for a friendly, efficient staff person to help support our doctors in providing excellent patient care in a variety of ways. Duties include:
- Greeting patients at reception
- Answering phone calls
- Booking Appointments
- Scanning and filing documents
- Following up with patients as required
- Handling and managing referrals and faxes
- 3rd party billing, and invoicing
- General office duties as required from time to time such as ordering supplies, general office maintenance, and opening/closing of building
- Flexibility to help where needed on occasion in terms of helping put patients in exam rooms, and assisting physicians when required in rare circumstances
This position is full-time Mondays to Fridays in a team-based environment to allow for ample support and flexibility as required. We offer 2 weeks holiday per year, 5 sick days per year, and a $1000 health spending account (after initial 3 month probation period).

Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
