```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and provide support as needed
```Skills```
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as Epic or Dentrix
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
