Medical Receptionist

We are looking to add a part time Medical Office Assistant/Receptionist to Walnut Grove Chiropractic & Massage Therapy. The shift we are looking to cover is Mon/Tues/Thurs 4-8:15pm and Saturdays 8:45-3. The perfect candidate is someone who is able to also cover vacation times and sick days with minimal notice for our other admin staff.

Duties include:

• greeting patients
• opening/closing the clinic
• booking/billing patients
• billing to insurance providers
• general reception duties
• office cleaning

Someone who is able to multitask and work in a busy environment with good computer skills and great communication skills is a must. Experience working in the healthcare field of Massage, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy would be a bonus as well as any experience using Jane Software.

The ideal candidate would be able to start training ASAP. Office or Medical front desk experience is Required. Training to start immediately.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
