Medical Receptionist

Mission Oaks Medical is a large and busy Medical Family Practice office.

We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our team in Mission. Experience preferred. MOA course or secretarial equivalent preferred. 30-40hrs/week and occasional weekends. Wage will be based on experience.

Job Description

• Greet & register patients at the counter
• Answer telephone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate personnel
• Schedule appointments
• Demonstrate and promote online portal
• Scan & file documentation to EMR

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• EMR knowledge an asset, but not required
• Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
