We have a great office space downtown. Our team loves our jobs and our space and enjoy being in the office. We chat a bit throughout the day, and also largely work independently. We go out for team dinners a couple of times per year.
We're looking for an individual to assist with project management and administrative tasks at our psychotherapy clinic. The hours vary at approximately 3-10 hours per week, with a possibility of shaping and growing this role for the right person.
A note to applicants who have service skills, formal training that would benefit our patients (eg meditation, nutrition, aromatherapy, counselling or coaching): we are open to discussing opportunities to provide service via Health Counselling and Therapy.
The last person with this role started at $25, then to $28 then to $30 per hour. This person worked with us for approx 2 years.
You have the opportunity to work in our Sarnia downtown clinic or work remotely. We do require at least occasional visits to the Sarnia office. The number of required hours will vary. You will be able to make your own schedule.
Some of the tasks include:
- managing our online store,
- updating our team's Google drive,
- booking patient appointments,
- sending patient referrals to physician offices,
- calling and emailing prospective clients,
- processing online payments,
- carrying out billing tasks,
- assisting the director with coordination tasks such as setting team meetings,
- drafting letters and documents for patients,
- troubleshooting and correcting issues in our client management system software called Owl Practice.
