Patient Care Coordinator

Yonge and York Mills dental office looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our friendly dental office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the dental office.
- Collect and update patient information in electronic dental records system.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Answer phone calls/emails and respond to inquiries from patients, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with insurance verification and processing of claims.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.

Experience:

Previous experience working in a dental office setting is required (minimum 2 years).

-ABELDENT software knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
