The team at Brightview Dental located in Strathroy, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Patient Care Coordinator on a part-time/temporary basis.

The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.

The position is for temporary part time although opportunity for permanent position.

SCHEDULE:

• 15 hours per week
• Rotating schedule
• Temporary contract start February 2024 - August 2024

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-2 years administrative experience is an asset
• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
• Experience is not required - We're open to entry level applicants!
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
