SCHEDULE:

• 35-40 hours per week
• 4 Days a week and every Saturday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants!
• 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience would be preferable
• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Digital X-rays is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
