Job description
Vision Ability is looking for an individual who wants to contribute to our clinic and serve more people in the same passionate way that we do. We are a small business seeking a team member who hopes to grow with us. We understand that our Patient Care Coordinator will be the first point of contact with our patients, and therefore the first impression our office makes with these prospective patients. This is why we believe that our Patient Care Coordinator will be an effective, yet empathetic communicator. Organization for task management will be a valuable skillset for our candidates, as duties include answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments, checking in patients, invoicing and insurance billing. Bilingualism (English + French) is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position, but we are willing to consider filling this role with 2 compatible part-time individuals.
