We are getting ready for our busy season and we are looking for a Prep Cook/Dishwasher/line cook. You need to be flexible in your hours. *This can be a full time or part time position, but please do not apply if you can't work weekends and or evenings as this is our busy time*. You must be punctual, reliable and not afraid of hard work and multitasking.
The restaurant address is 16518 100 Avenue NW, located across the west division police station. We are open from 12NOON - 8:30PM Thursday - Monday (Closed Tuesdays & Wednesday)
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
Qualifications:
- Proven cooking experience, including cooking Asian cuisine
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks and being able to multi-task
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing duties without being told

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
