Responsibilities: - Assist in meal preparation and cooking under the direction of the head chef or kitchen manager - Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of food - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment - Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and storage - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness of ingredients - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen - Help with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed Skills: - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Experience working in a kitchen or food service environment - Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team - Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
