Project Coordinator / Office Admin

The duties/responsibilities of this job are, but not limited to:

· General administrative duties such as: filing, ordering office supplies, photocopying, file folder creation and maintenance, document creation, update and maintain website, answering phone calls

· Project duties such as: document control for procurement activities, ordering bid bonds, completing tender documents, project document creation and maintenance (ECO Plan, Traffic Accommodation Strategy, Etc.), preparing invoices, attending project related meetings, project coordination

· Equipment & Vehicle duties such as: update and maintain equipment documents, obtain insurance and registration, checking fire extinguishers, pull heavy haul permits, ordering unit numbers, ensuring compliance of fleet trucks, trip inspections, logbooks...etc.

· Miscellaneous duties as required

· Supports Company Mission Statement, Goals and Values

The qualifications and skills of this job are, but not limited to:

· Experience in construction industry considered a desirable asset

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Class 5A (non GDL) drivers’ license

· Great verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

· Ability to work in stressful and fast paced environments

· Ability to work independently or with others

· Organized and reliable

· Strong computer skills

Salary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
