Proxy Voting Services Administrator - MS Excel On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a TSA - Reporting & Analytical Infrastructure. TSA - Reporting & Analytical Infrastructure - Job Description

• To support the seasonal peak season for Proxy Voting
• Performs investigations and reconciliations of securities position in various custody platforms to identify eligible holders in upcoming AGM/EGM events
• Assist in the distribution of physical ballots, collation of data and voting
• Significant independent judgment is used with some general direction given by experienced staff or manager
• Validate eligible holders within in-house systems and vendor applications (Broadridge), looking for discrepancies as well as investigations and reconciliations
• Utilize the ProxyEdge platform to vote when needed

TSA - Reporting & Analytical Infrastructure - Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business or Finance
• 1-3 years financial services experience or knowledge
• Advanced experience working with MS Excel is required for data entry and formula creation
• Advanced user proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, can craft detailed emails

TSA - Reporting & Analytical Infrastructure – Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Proxy Voting process would be an asset
• Experience with Broadridge vendor application would be an asset
• Any financial accounting skills, and any other related accounting software would be an asset
• Knowledge of the bank’s financial systems an asset
