```Duties```
- Assist Real Estate agents in managing their daily tasks and activities
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for properties
- Communicate with clients, prospects, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Maintain organized files and records related to properties and transactions
- Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing calendar
- Prepare marketing material and social media postings

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
-A deep understanding of social media, along with experience in the Real Estate sector
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Workspace products
