Responsibilities: As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the team's success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Email Management and Marketing: Effectively manage and organize email communications. Assist with marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Social Media Management: Contribute to our online presence by scheduling posts and engaging with our audience on social media platforms.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth operations.
- CRM Updates: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to keep information current.
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in various databases and systems.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous administrative or marketing experience is a plus.
