Receptionist/ Front Desk Admin

Sharp Shapes Health is privately owned and operated multidisciplinary clinic within the Brampton area. We are currently searching for an Office Receptionist to join our team!

We are seeking a Part -Time Receptionist to join our Team!

The role of the receptionist is to provide a high level of customer service to our patients. The perfect candidate is polite, courteous and enjoys interacting with others.

Responsibilities

-Responsible for answering all phone calls in a polite and professional manner
-Responsible for booking/canceling patient appointments (EMR system knowledge recommended)
-Responsible for the coordination of all office supplies including inventory of supplies

-Responsible for handling all courier requests both incoming and outgoing
-Responsible for all the administrative needs, including mailings, faxing, etc.

- Responsible to perform admin tasks such as checking sign ins, billing, & cleaning for our onsite gym- Quick Fitness
-Providing assistance to Health Care Providers on an “as needed” basis
-Invoicing, billing and payment collections
-Ability to multitask
-Ability to work under pressure

-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Active listener with high degree of patience who deals with issues in a warm, pleasant, and gracious manner, ensuring sensitive issues are dealt with appropriately
-High degree of composure and exhibits a strong work ethic
-Attention to detail and the ability to take direction from multiple sources
-Go-getter attitude that goes above and beyond the normal call of duty
-Minimum of one-year experience as a receptionist

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
