We offer a one of a kind, Parisenne- flare client care experience going above and beyond that of our competitors. We pride ourselves in honesty, integrity and maintaining dignity throughout every treatment with every client. We are looking to hire 1 Clinical Receptionist/ Administrator, who is well versed in the customer service industry and pride themselves on taking initiative and being detail oriented. The ideal candidate would be well versed in sales, a team player and consistently goes above and beyond to meet client expectations. Ideal position for those looking to excel in customer service, looking to grow within the company and for longevity of workmanship.
The position is Part time, 4-6 hour shifts every Monday and Wednesday from 2-7 pm, and alternating Tuesdays 2-7 pm and Saturdays 9-3pm. It does not allow for virtual work or work- from- home options.
The position duties include:
Placing product orders, filing client charts, general customer service inquires, handling client bookings, POS system knowledge, excel knowledge, cleaning, opening of the clinic location, virtual bookings for additional clinics and assisting management with additional day to day duties.

- Abiding by and establishing brand environment and clinical mood
- Consistently going above and beyond for clients to maintain lasting client care relationships
- Familiar with medical programming and patient charts
- Abide by dress code of the clinic
Operations
- Welcoming Clients & performing clerical duties
- 5 days a week, Monday- Friday, 8 hour shifts
- Managing charts, booking appointments, answering phone calls, cleaning
- Answering questions about services & retail products
- Creating an overall welcoming and inviting experience for clients
Experience:
- 1 yr + experience as a clinical receptionist, administrative position or similar preferred
