Since established in 1983 Thermo Cool Mechanical has been providing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation (HVAC) services all over the Greater Toronto Area. Thermo Cool has grown significantly over the past 10 years. We have centered our attention to heating and cooling for high rise buildings.
Overview of Position:
We are looking for a mature individual who is capable of handling general office work in a fast pace environment. The office administrator is the first point of contact and it is important that they make a good impression and represent the company in a positive way. We expect the individual to be knowledgeable about the company and clientele.
Responsibilities
- Send and respond to emails
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers
- Schedule service calls
- Prepare daily invoices
- File and scan documents
- Organize and maintain of all office and reception
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of office administration duties
- Ability to demonstrate a highly proficient level of accuracy in data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette
- Comfortable initiating communication with potential and existing clients to assess needs
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail orientated
- Able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
