Copper Point boasts a phenomenal combination of variety and value with 36 holes of golf. The Point Course, the world-class 18 holes is complemented by our 18-hole Masters-style course, The Ridge. Both Courses take advantage of the inherent beauty of the terrain to create a unique and challenging variety of holes.

Overview:

We are seeking a focused and organized individual to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting department with various tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and grow their career in the field of accounting.

Duties:

- Check and compile daily cash-outs from the Golf Shop and Restaurant (counting monies, confirming funds received match sales reported for each days' cash-outs, organizing and filing sales receipts, etc.)

- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues

- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

- Monthly members and providers billings, taking payments and sending monthly balances

Skills:

- Mathematical skills and attention to detail

- Ability to focus and problem-solve

- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

- Strong, professional communication skills

- Familiarity with Excel is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
