The AA will be responsible for managing all incoming invoices and payments, ensuring in cooperation with the treasurer that all bills are accounted for and paid, all sponsorships are received and tracked, and sponsors have been given sponsorship benefits accordingly.
Assisting with inventory of merchandise, food, alcohol, and other areas as determined by the Operations Manager and treasurer prior to the Antigonish Highland Games and ongoing throughout the event.
Assist the OM with preparation and planning, as well as set-up, on-site management, and teardown.
Following the AHG, you will work closely with the OM and treasurer to ensure that all invoices are accounted for and paid.
