Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing Accounts Receivable and general accounting duties.

Duties:

-Process invoices, credit memos, return orders and payments
- Mail/Email customer statements, invoices and credit memos
- Maintain customer accounts and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing

Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, outlook
- Experience with Microsoft ERP software beneficial
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
