We are seeking a highly flexible and organized individual to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Victoria Office. This role requires working onsite Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What you will be accountable for
- General maintenance of office services
- General office duties, such as receive and process mail, file documents, organize courier pickup, maintain the office phone system, maintain client contact lists, and issue and track office keys.
- Assist in accounts payable/receivable process. Process supplier invoices and pre-payments and perform bank deposits.
- Supporting Terra’s archaeological staff, especially during the field season, assist with arranging travel and logistics for field crew/s, and other field-season related tasks.
- Assist colleagues in other departments, such as Documents Production, Safety, or Bookkeeping on an as-needed basis.
- Assignment of ad hoc tasks depending on operational requirements.
What do you need to have
- Highschool diploma or GED required, post-secondary in Business or related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Detailed oriented.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs before they are asked.
- Time management proficiency: ability to multitask are essential to this position.
- Ability to quickly adjust to changing deadlines and project requirements.
- General knowledge of local and provincial geography is preferred for this position.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is required. Tech savvy
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Frequent standing and walking, Occasional bending, kneeling, carrying, and lifting.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Currently, we do not assist in securing Canadian work authorization or visa sponsorship.
