Administrative Assistant – Permanent Full time
Due to exceptional business growth, we have an immediate new opening for a team member to assist our office manager with day-to-day operations in Maple Ridge, BC.

Responsibilities include the following:
Reception and general office support
· Receive and forward enquiries by telephone and electronic mail.
· Assist with filing and database
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory
· Process daily incoming and outgoing mail
Logistics
· Courier shipments domestic and international and follow-up on delivery
Order Processing
· Invoicing and preparation of sales orders
Assist Accounting Manager
· Occasional assistance regarding Accounts Receivable
In House and Customer Support
· Assist the company owner with preparation of correspondence, sales orders and communications from written or oral instructions
· Liaise with sales and marketing staff to assist with client support and inquiries as required and maintain conference room schedule
· Assist IT department with client support as necessary
Skills and Qualifications
· High school diploma. Although post secondary education is not a requirement, sufficient training or experience is necessary to carry out the above noted duties.
· Personable and comfortable talking with clients on the phone and email. We also require the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written communication. Proof reading and an attention to detail is required.
· Proficiency with Microsoft applications is required, and experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
